What is a User Group Officer? User groups are run by a dedicated staff of officers that serve the needs of their user group. These individuals volunteer their time and effort to make sure that the members of the user group have programs and activities that benefit them. To help these user group officers complete their duties, we offer them a variety of support services that they can request for their user group. These services are not directly available to individuals, but only to user groups as requested by their officers. Also, these services are only available to user groups that have registered with us for our support. If your group is not receiving support from us, an officer of your group needs to complete our user group registration form. Then they can request any of our services listed on this web site. At this time, our services are limited to the USA and Canada. We regret that we are not able to offer these services to user groups outside of this area.
