To request a raffle copy of our products for your user group, please complete the following form. When you have responded to all entries, select the "Send Request" button below. We will send your group a copy within a few days or contact you to request additional information. Raffle copies will only be sent to groups that have registered with us for our support. If your group has not yet register with us, please complete the User Group Registration Form before submitting a raffle request.
