This session is intended at giving time to users that have used our products and have questions about how to use them. Now is the chance to ask the expert all of your detailed questions. In most cases, we will be able to answer your questions immediately. If your situation is too complex or involved, we may have to take it off line to resolve, but at least we can point you in the right direction when we do this. This topic is an ideal session to have a month after one of our normal product presentations. So, those that purchased one of our products at the prior month's meeting, can now ask questions they run into as they started to use the product. This could be a valuable session to follow-up on every webinar or presentation we give.
