User Group Relations is pleased to offer a full service user group relations program. At this time, our services are limited to the USA and Canada. We regret that we are not able to offer these services to user groups outside of this area. Included in our support of user groups are the following support services: Officer Conferences Product Presentations Computer Fairs Self Presentation Kits Product Evaluation Kits Product Raffle Kits User Group Mailings User Group Discounts Additional information on each of these support services is covered in this document. Officer Conferences User Group Relations will participate in a number of user group officer conferences each year representing our various products. We use this time to get to know the officers of user groups better, make arrangements for our support of the user groups, and show off our exciting products to the officers. We provide information about our products and raffle copies of our products for these officer conferences. [Return to Top] Product Presentations We would like to show off the many outstanding products that we offer with as many user groups as we can each year. Contact us and we will see what we can do to present to your fine group. Of course, we come with handouts, door prizes, and other surprises to make the meeting an interesting one for your members. [Return to Top] Computer Fairs If your group sponsors a computer fair, we will try to participate in it. We are prepared to set up a booth to show off our products and can give product presentations at these events. Please let us know in advance so that we may arrange our schedule to participate. [Return to Top] Self Presentation Kits Unfortunately, our staff of presenters is small and we may not be able to attend all user groups in person. However, we can arrange to send your group one of our Self-Presentation Kits. The kit comes complete with a copy of the product for your presenter to use, instructions on how to present the product, and the necessary handouts and door prizes to make the meeting a success. [Return to Top] Product Evaluation Kits If your group conducts formal product evaluations, we would be happy to send you our Evaluation Kit. It consists of a copy of the latest release of our product and a variety of other information to help you conduct the evaluation. We do expect a written evaluation to be completed so that we may share your views of our product with other user groups on our web site. [Return to Top] Product Raffle Kits Many user groups have annual raffles or auctions for their members. Some groups hold a year-end holiday party where they offer their members many door prizes. If your group has such an event planned, let us know about it and we will send you some of our products for this event. [Return to Top] User Group Mailings When appropriate, we will ship to each user group a package that contains a number of product informational brochures to distribute to the members of your user group at your next monthly meeting. These should help keep your members informed as to the latest product information about our exciting products.
